About Us

The Tennessee Student Equity Leadership Board is a youth advocacy coalition of high school students from across the state of Tennessee, encompassing various geographic, socioeconomic, educational, racial, and gender backgrounds. Applications will be accepted to the Board on a rolling basis, and applicants should be notified within two weeks of their submission.

The Tennessee Student Equity Leadership Board hosts bi-weekly virtual forums to speak on and encourage youth voice on various social and political issues nationally and within the state of Tennessee. Meetings occur during the first and third Wednesday of every month at 5:00 P.M. Central Time.
